Samuel Bouslough

 

May 21st., 1884.  Will filed, admitted to probate and ordered recorded.

 

 

Will

 

Be it remembered, that I, Samuel Bouslough, of Shabbona Village, County of DeKalb, and State of Illinois, make this my last Will.

 

First:- I order that my just debts be paid with convenient speed.

 

Second:- I give, devise and bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, to my wife Eliza J. Bouslough for her maintenance while she survives me, and to maintain a home for any of my children that she may desire and who choose to reside with her.

 

Third:- I order and direct that at the death of my said wife, Eliza J. Bouslough, any property, real or personal that remain of my estate, be divided equally between my children, viz: Mary M. Bouslough, Lloyd S. Bouslough, Howard H. Bouslough, William W. Bouslough, Gertrude G. Bouslough, Elmer E. Bouslough, Augustus A. Bouslough and Della D. Bouslough.

 

Fourth:- I appoint my wife Eliza J. Bouslough Executrix and my two sons Howard H. Bouslough and William W. Bouslough Executors of this my last will.

 

In witness whereof I have signed and sealed, and published and declared this instrument to be my last will, at Shabbona, Illinois, on this fifteeneth day of May A. D. 1883

May 24th., 1884.        Petition of Wm. W. Bouslough for Letters of Administration filed representing that Samuel Bouslough died on or about May 17th, 1884 testate and seized of real and personal property.

 

That said  testator in his last Will nominated and appointed Eliza J. Bouslough, Howard H. Bouslough and William W. Bouslough Executors thereof and that they are not willing and ready to accept and undertake the office and trust confided to them but all decline to do so.

 

That said deceased left him surviving Eliza J. Bouslough his widow and Mary M. Bouslough, Gertrude G. Bouslough, Elmer E. Bouslough, Augustus A. Bouslough and Della D. Bouslough his children as heirs.

 

Prays that Letters of Administration with Will annexed may be granted to himself and Wm. Deacon.
