We have an exciting way to network with millions of genealogists who use the internet to do research and find others who are researching surnames from the same town, village or general location.  It has been proven time and time again that genealogy web sites have assisted in connecting family members and networking interested parties researching the same locations. 

Tinley Moraine Genealogists (TMG) takes pride in providing research and networking opportunities for our members and the genealogical community.  Among these services includes our general monthly meetings, monthly newsletter, annual Conference and the surname database.  If you are not a member, consider joining our Society by completing an application.  

All TMG members are invited to submit surnames and the locations of those family names that they are researching to the Board of TMG for posting – on hard copy and on the TMG web site. Thank you for visiting our database.  Please feel free to browse the surnames of our members.   

If you are interested in pursuing a surname, please email the following to the TMG mailbox: 

1. The alpha/numeric code (e.g. G05) of the surname (s) you are interested

2. Your full name (Email without full names will not be considered)

3. Your email address

This information will be forwarded to the member of the code(s) you list in your email.  We appreciate your patience in awaiting a reply.
