Chicago area school yearbooks spanning most of the 20th century!
Yearbooks, depending upon the school,
may contain home
addresses and home parish information for the senior class, historical
information for the school, the year the book was published, and related
school activities and clubs -- not to mention plentiful photographs that

color to any family history.

individual pages can be duplicated using photocopy machines located near our collection. If you live outside of the

How
to make a yearbook research request
It's easy
to make a request!
1. Look over the list of
yearbooks
2.
If you think a family member may be in one of the books send an
email to tinleymoraine@yahoo.com
and list the person(s) name and any other pertinent details.
3. A
donation of $5 per search is requested. Checks are to be made payable
to “Tinley Moraine Genealogists”.
This donation is then used to purchase more yearbooks to expand our
TMG Library Collection. You
will also be asked to pay for photocopying expenses and the cost of
postage (usually only the cost of a first class stamp, unless you are very
lucky and there are more pages found and thus more postage.)
4.
A TMG Volunteer will look up your request, photocopy and mail the results
to you. Please expect this to take a few weeks.
