directories for most years, and thousands of family ancestor charts - an excellent place
to begin and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful!

Hoopeston
Library Hoopeston has a wonderful public library with micro-films of the town
paper (The Chronicle Herald) dating back to the late 1800's or early 1900's. It also has a
link to a list of other libraries in the area.
