The local newspaper one week in 1929 gave this report on car sales: Scigal Martin has purchased an Essex coach from Joe L. Organ, local Hudson-Essex dealer. Rebstock Bros. have sold a Durant sedan to Charles Groff of Grayville. A. L. Twilla is driving a new Chevrolet coach, purchased from the Lee Chevrolet company, local dealer. R.L. Benson has purchased a coupe and Frank McDaniels of Maunie a truck from the same company.
