Or if you are planing on attending an event (conference or workshkop) please let Gail know. She will share the availabilty of that event if it is not already known to the society and keep record of who is planning on attending. If other society members are also planning on attending she can contact planned attendees to see if there is a desire to ride-share, etc... among those participants.
