Listed below are photos and transcriptions of the tombstones in Area 5 of the Eel River Cemetery, Eel River Township, Allen County, Indiana. This cemetery was photographed in October of 2010. The cemetery is located on the northeast corner of Carroll and Madden Roads, near US 33. This cemetery is in use.

Information that pertains to a single individual is listed after their name. If the information pertains to multiple names, such as a marriage date, it is listed after all the names.

In some instances the stones were very worn and hard to read. In 1932 the DAR did a reading of the cemetery and in the 1980’s the Allen County Genealogical Society (ACGSI) did a reading. The information from these readings was used if the stones were unreadable or if the stones were not found.
