The annual awards banquet will be held at Sirloin Stockade in Evansville on March 19; beginning at 11:30. Please join us for this awards event including a good meal and many Compatriots from other chapters in attendance. Guests are welcome. This is an excellent opportunity to meet new members and others that may have difficulty attending other scheduled events or meetings at Willard Library.

The Ohio Valley Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, will meet this Saturday, February 19, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of Willard Library, corner of Division and First Avenue in Evansville. Bob Hall will be presenting the program "Wanted Dead or Alive: Bad Boys of the Old Tri-State." Visitors are welcome! Details will be shared at the meeting concerning our upcoming chapter awards banquet. Lunch to follow Saturday's meeting at Grandy's, corner of First and Diamond avenues, for those interested.

J.D. Strouth took the wheel for a drive to Indianapolis on January 22 during a trip to the INSSAR State Meeting. It was an interesting time accented by the slippery roads in Indianapolis that day. Along with our State Chaplain - J.D., were: John West, Southern District Director of INSSAR and John Van Zandt, recently appointed as editor of the state bulletin, The Hoosier Patriot.
