Watson Cemetery
Directions: Jackson Township, DeKalb Co.

Take CR 35 to CR64. Turn east (left) on to CR64.
Go 1/2 mile to a lane (marked with a green house number by road #4194).
Turn south on this lane and follow it to the cemetery. It will
go between a house and a barn and runs along a field. You can park
at the barn and walk if weather is bad.
History: Submitted by Patricia Watson Dyson
Negotiations to save the cemetery from destruction began in 1995. The
restoration begin in 1998 and continued through 2001. DAR dedicated
Elizabeth Simpson Watson (daughter of Revolutionary Soldier) in 2000. The
Cemetery project was incomplete when care was returned to Jackson Twp. Watson
Cemetery Book published by Patricia Watson Dyson in 2001.
