HAMILTON--Mabel E. Husselman, 79, died Friday evening at Cameron Community Memorial Hospital, Angola.
Mrs. Husselman was a homemaker, a retired study hall monitor with Hamilton Community Schools and a previous publisher of The Hamilton News. She was formerly a member of Hamilton United Methodist Church and the Hamilton Happy Splashers. She lived on East Beecher Street in Hamilton.
She was born Oct. 26, 1917, in Garrett to the late Glen and Alice (Hanville) Byers.
She married Horace Wilson Husselman on Aug. 25, 1935, and he died in 1969.
Surviving her are two daughters, Marlene A. Gnagy of Hamilton and Sandra Grantham of Astor, Fla.; one sister, Gene Pettifer of Elkhart; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Friends may call today from 4-9 p.m. at Oberlin-Ford Funeral Home, Hamilton.
Services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Edwin Clark officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hamilton Volunteer Fire Department.
Memorials are to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
