SPENCERVILLE--Donald J. Keller, 86, of 5983 County Road 64,
Spencerville, died Thursday at 10:10 p.m. in Hicksville (Ohio)
Community Memorial Hospital.
He was owner of Keller's Garage in St. Joe for 60 years,
a bus driver for the DeKalb Eastern school district for 24 years, and a
farmer. He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, St. Joe.
He was born Jan. 2, 1902 in DeKalb County to Daniel and
Maude (McCullough) Keller. They are deceased.
He married Lazearne Fuller on Jan. 2, 1923 in
Auburn. She survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Paul Keller of Cincinnati, Ohio, and
Ned Keller of Colorado Springs, Colo., three brothers, Mac Keller of
Auburn, Ray Keller of Butler, and Harley "Bert" Keller of Hamilton;
three sisters, Edith Petty of Auburn, Bernice Derrow of Corunna, and
Bessie Osmun of Butler, and one granddaughter.
One brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at
Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home, Spencerville.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in St. Mark's Lutheran
Church, St. Joe, with the Rev. John C. Schultz officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, St. Joe.
Memorial donations may be given to the church.
