GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Ruby F. Richter, 76, died Tuesday at the North Florida Regional Medical Center.
    She and her husband, Arnold J. Richter, who preceded her in death in 1985, lived in Auburn for 30 years and owned Nu Way Shoe Repair.  They moved to Gainesville in 1981.
    Mrs. Richter was born in Point Pleasant, W.Va., and was a homemaker.
    She is survived by a daughter, Gail Lochner of Gainesville; one son, Glenn Richter of Louisville; three brothers, William J.B. Love of Winchester, Ind., Neil and Woodrow Love, both of Muncie; one sister, Ruth Durst of Point Pleasant, W.Va.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    One brother also preceded her in death.
    Services and burial were today in Gainesville.
