STILLBORN BABY OF MR. AND MRS. OSCAR WATSON IS BURIED
Graveside services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday
for an infant, stillborn Saturday afternoon to Mr. And Mrs. Oscar Watson
of near Hopewell, six miles southeast of Auburn.
The services were conducted at the Cedar Chapel cemetery
south of Auburn. Rev. John Hand of near Butler Center, pastor of the Cedar
Chapel Methodist church, officiated at the services.
The body of the infant, which was taken to the Gerig funeral home in Auburn
for burial preparations, remained in the funeral home until the hour of services.
The infant was stillborn at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Dr.
Bonnell M. Souder hospital in Auburn. It was the Watsons first child. Surviving
besides the parents are the pateral grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Floyd Watson
of Rt 2, Auburn and the maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs. Emmett Adams of
