Grace E. Howe

Mrs. Grace E Howe 72, wife of Carl Howe died unexpectedly Saturday in her home 721 Sth 14th St New Castle.

Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Claude Crider, New Castle, a son Carroll V Gouldsberry, Anderson, a step daughter Mrs. Thelma Orr Greenfield and three stepsons, Glen Howe, Bloomington,, Raymond, Spiceland, and George, Dunreith. Also surviving are a sister Mrs. Ella Showalter, Dublin, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the First Methodist church and the Eastern Star in New Castle.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm Monday with Rev. J. Thomas Frost officiating. Burial was in the South Mound Cemetery.
