Biographical
Franklin "Frank" W. Murray,
was a veteran of the Civil War. He enlisted Sept. 20, 1861 in the 36th
Indiana Infantry and participated in the battle of Pittsburg Landing where
he was wounded in the right elbow. He received a 60 day furlough and was
discharged at the end of that time.
