SAMUEL H BROWN Samuel H. Brown, attorney at law, New Castle, Ind., is a native of Henry County, born in Liberty Township, Nov. 21, 1852, a son of Moses and Delphia Brown. He was reared on a farm and received a good education, attending the high school of New Castle, Ind. He taught school five years, in the meantime reading law, and was admitted to the bar in 1879. He then formed a partnership with Charles S. Hernly the firm name being Hernly & Brown. He was married in 1880 to Sarah J., daughter of James H. and Nancy Frazier. They have one daughter Ð Lizzie.
