Mrs. T.C. Baker Dies After Illness; Rites Saturday

Mrs. Lucille R. Baker, 66, wife of T.C. Baker, 1341 Circle St., died Thursday afternoon in the Boxwoods Nursing Home following an extended illness. Mrs. Baker was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Order of Easter star and the Royal Neighbors.

Besides the husband she is survived by a son, C.J. Baker of New Castle; a step-daughter, Mrs. Woodford Woolums of Hagerstown; three granddaughters, Sue, Mary Lee and Margaret Baker, all of this city; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Fox and Macer funeral home after 3 o'clock this afternoon. Services will be conducted at the funeral home Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock with Rev. Paul Spurgeon officiating. Burial will be in South Mound cemetery.

The Order of Eastern Star will hold services tonight at 8 o'clock at the funeral home.
