Clipping hand dated Sun, Aug 31, 47 Benjamin P. Ballard Benjamin Patrick Ballard, four-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Ballard, 1840 Grand Ave., died Sunday night in the Henry County hospital. Surviving are the parents, a twin brother, Bernard Paul; another brother, Donald Michael; three sisters, Judy Kay, Gloria Jean and Patricia Harvey; and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Ballard and Mrs. Preston Brooks, Ogden. Services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the Stanley chapel with the Rev. Joseph Dooley, substitute pastor at St. Anne's Catholic church, officiating. Burial will be in South Mound cemetery.
