Clipping dated 2/5/52 Harvey B. Ballard Dies Unexpectedly At School Here Harvey B. Ballard, 61, residing at 3013 A Ave., custodian at the Junior high school, died unexpectedly this morning at the school building, death being attributed to coronary occlusion. Mr. Ballard previously has been employed for 25 years by the Pennsylvania railroad and worked at the Chrysler factory for a period of 10 years . He was a member of the Eagles lodge. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Nora B. Ballard; two sons, Gerald Amos Ballard and Donald Guy Ballard of New Castle; a daughter, Elizabeth B. Ballard preceded him in death. He is also survived by a brother, George T. Ballard of Union, Ore.; and a half-brother, Everett G. Ballard of Chicago. Friends may call at the Stanley chapel after 7 o'clock this evening and services will be conducted there Thursday morning at 10:30 with Rev. Truman Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in South Mound cemetery. The Eagles lodge will hold memorial services in the chapel Wednesday night at 7:30.
