Clipping hand dated 7/28/45 Charles L. Hayes Funeral services for Charles L. Hayes, age 80, former member of the New Castle Fire department who died Thursday night in the Henry County hospital, will be held on Monday afternoon near Lawrenceburg. Friends may call at the Stanley mortuary until Monday morning at 9 o'clock, when the body will be taken to the Homestead Methodist church near Lawrenceburg where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Charles Alexander of Lawrenceburg will officiate. Burial will be in Greendale cemetery at Lawrenceburg. The family has asked that flowers be omitted.
