Clipping hand dated 1/26/58 Emma Hendricks, Lifelong Resident, Briefly Ill, Dies Mrs. Emma Hendricks, 87, 2313 Cherrywood Ave., widow of W.H. Hendricks, died Sunday morning at the Henry County Hospital following a brief illness. She was a lifelong resident of Henry County and had lived in New Castle for 30 years where she attended the South Side Nazarene Church. She is survived by two daughters, Miss Bessie Hendricks, at home, and Mrs. Evelyn Couch of New Castle; one son, Joe Hendricks of New Castle; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, one nephew and two nieces. Funeral services for Mrs. Hendricks will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Main and Sons Funeral Home by Rev. S.T. Moore. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
