Contributed by Mariah (Kendall) Allen Mrs. F.M. Howe dies in Richmond Mrs. Frances M. Howe 67 died Sunday afternoon at the Richmond State Hospital following an illness of several years. At one time New Castle resident she was a former member of the Methodist Church at Lewisville. Surviving are her husband Chester L. Howe of New Castle, three daughters Mrs. James Jackson of Tipton, Mrs. Midas Prince of New Castle, Mrs Joe Wilson of Spiceland, five sons Charles Bill, Lyle Kack, Jim, Jack D. and Jerry Mac Howe all of New Castle four sisters Mrs. Caroll Ware of Spiceland, Mrs. Everett Kendall of Lewisville, Mrs. Earl Brown and Mrs. Herschel Hawk both of New Castle, four brothers Robert of Spiceland Ernest of Muncie Albert of Howe TX, and William Dishman of Lewisville, 30 grandchildren. Friends may call after 4pm today in the Macer Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Tuesday by Rev. F.T. Johnson. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery.
