John B. Keys, 73, a long-time employee of the Chrysler factory in the die department, died this morning at his home, 2275 Walnut St., following an illness of several months. Mr. Keys was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Pearl Keys; two sons, James R. Keys of Urbana, Ill, and Samuel R. Keys of Kansas City, Mo; a granddaughter, Carol Lynn Keys, Kansas City; and three sisters, Mrs. Rula Thompson and Mrs. Florence Petro, New Castle, and Mrs. Gale Gammon, Anderson.
The body will be taken from the Fox and Macer funeral home to the residence where friends may call after 7 o'clock tonight. Services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Luther Cantwell officiating. Burial will be in South Mound cemetery.
