HARTER Floyd Elliott Named By Commissioners to Fill Unexpired Term in Henry County (By Star Special Services) Transcribed and Contributed by DJ Faust New Castle, Ind., Dec. 5.- The county commissioners met this morning for their December term. The first business taken up was the appointment of a man to fill out the unexpired term of Adam V. Harter as county recorder, whose death occurred yesterday. Floyd Elliott was appointed to fill the unexpired term, has filed his bond and received his commission. He has the distinction of being the youngest recorder Henry county ever had.
