Clipping hand dated 8/18/52 Capt. Pahl, Dies of Polio Was Husband of Wanda Shults Pahl Capt. Raymond Pahl, 33, husband of Mrs. Wanda Shults Pahl, died Monday in the Wright-Patterson Air Base hospital in Dayton, O., from polio. He had been ill only a few days. Mrs.Pahl is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.George D. Shults, 504 S. 12th St. Besides the wife, he is survived by a daughter, Arnita Lee Pahl, and a son, Richard Pahl. He is also survived by an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Eric Sholz of Tonawanda, N.Y. The body is being directed to the Fox and Macer funeral home here. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
