Clipping hand dated July 30, 1955 Harry Showalter, Retired Chrysler Man, Dead at 66 Harry Showalter, 66, Elliott Court, died Saturday morning at the Henry County Hospital after an illness of three months. A lifelong resident of Henry County, Mr. Showalter was a retired 30-year employee of the Chrysler plant. He was a member of the Christian Church in Mt. Summit. Surviving are the widow, Bertha; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Lewis of near Mooreland and Mrs. Kathryn Lockhart of Cincinnati; two sons, Richard of Muncie and Adam who lives in Florida; five grandchildren, Vivian, Richard and David Showalter of Muncie and Marlene and Willis Lewis of near Mooreland; a sister, Miss Anna Showalter of Springport. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Main and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. R. Melvyn Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Summit Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
