Clipping hand dated 10/23/58 George O. Stubbs Dies Unexpectedly Here at Age 70 George O. Stubbs, 70, died unexpectedly this morning at his home, 1511 A Ave. A lifelong resident of Henry County, he was born in Spiceland and lived in New Castle for 46 years. He was a former employe of the Jesse French and Semler Piano plant, Schuffman's Furniture Store, and Living Rooms Inc. He is survived by his wife, Ina, a brother-in-law, Clarence Woods, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Stubbs will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Main and Sons Funeral Home with burial in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
