Clipping hand dated 1/30/53 Mrs. Willard, 85, Dies Here After Long Illness Mrs. Maggie Willard, 85, widow of Nathan B. Willard, died in the Henry County Hospital last night following an illness of several months. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. C.H. Jones, 1203 S. 19th St., with whom she had lived with for the past year and Mrs. Lloyd Hern of 1127 Webster Avenue in New Castle; a granddaughter, Miss Pauline Weir, of Indianapolis; a niece, Mrs. Orris Maddy, of New Castle, and a nephew, C.B. Bridgeman of Muncie. Mrs. Willard was a member of the First Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Fox and Macer funeral home. Rev. George D. Greer will be in charge of the service. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. tonight.
