Clipping hand dated Sun Nov 26, 67 Fred Wrights Observe Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. Wright, Alexandria, will observe their golden wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at their home. Their address is 201 W. Broadway St. Mr. and Mrs. Wright were wed Dec. 6, 1917, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Dorton of near Matthews. Rev. E.C. Dunn, minister of the Alexandria M.E. Church, performed the ceremony. The couple, who have lived in their present home since 1932, will be assisted by their son Orville, his wife, and four grandchildren. Friends and relatives are invited to participate in the celebration. It is requested that gifts be omitted.
