Alfred W. Mills

This is a photo of the business of Alfred W. Mills. Now I am unable to prove it, and I would love for anyone that
has a photo known to be of Mr. Mills to tell me one way or another whether the man in the front is Alfred. I believe it must be. He
is certainly a man that wants to be noticed. The man in the wagon and the ones standing behind him would be his employees.
This photo is most likely pre-1900. By 1900 he had added cement to his inventory. Mr. Mills was also Mayor of Seymour in 1900.
Unfortunately by 1912 he appears to be dead, or at least missing from the picture, so to speak. If anyone can fill in this bio of
Mayor Mills, please email me. I would love to fill in the blanks.
