Kathleen "Katie" Anderson, 76, of Seymour, passed away at 5:00 AM, Thursday, May 21st, 2009 at Columbus Regional Hospital, Columbus, IN.

Kathleen was born in Breathitt County, KY on January 6, 1933, the daughter of Roger and Hallie (Turner) Herald. She married Fred Holwager January 12, 1952 and he survives.

Kathleen is also survived by, four daughters; Lana Bennett, Lena Smith, Donna Christian, Darlene Dwight) Burdine, two sisters; Charleen Allen, Pollie Grimes and two brothers; Charlie Herald, Roscoe Herald, 6 grandchildren; Tim, Tiffinie, Keith, Regina, Matthew, and Scott, 5 great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Tommy, Raymond, and James Herald, sisters; Alma Sevear, and Myrtle Young.

Funeral services will be Sunday, May 24, at Voss Chapel, Seymour, at 2:30 pm with Rev. Jimmy Rodriguez officiating.

Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Sunday after 10:00 am until time of service.

Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
