Amy M. Boknecht Bell Obituary
Tribune - February 7, 2010Amy M. Boknecht Bell, 84, Seymour, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Saturday, February 7, 2010, at The Waters of Seymour.
She had worked for Morgan's Packing in Brownstown and later went on to work for 44 years at Excello Shirt Factory in Seymour. She enjoyed sewing and reading.
Born January 31, 1926, in Cortland, she was the daughter of John and Viola Allman Boknecht. On Septtember 26, 1982, she married James Bell, and he survives in Seymour.
Other survivors include one sister, Erma Fay Ault of Brownstown; nine nieces and nephews, Reta McFarlin, Patty Sue Foist, Bill Trueblood, Peggy Gay, Shirley Gorbett, Brenda Hopper, John Ault, Marjie Rotert and Regina Fay Ault; and several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Aynes and a brother, Kenneth Boknecht.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home in Brownstown with Larry Carmichael officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at White's Chapel Cemetery.
