Betty Turner Bentley Obituary
Seymour Daily TribuneBetty Turner Bentley, 42, Austin, died Monday, April 22, 2002, at Norton’s Hospital, Louisville.
Mrs. Bentley was a cook for Scott County School District 1 and attended Wooster Church of God.
Born February 12, 1960, in Breathitt County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late McClellan Turner and Mima Turner, who survives in Austin.
She is survived by two brothers, Galen Turner, Austin, and John Turner, Vevay; two sisters, Janet Avendano, Austin, and Flossie McGennon, Scottsburg; and many nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Elbert Hall will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Thursday at Buchanan Funeral Home, Austin. Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Austin.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
