Grace Price Cogdill, 87, of Seymour and formerly of Austin, passed away at 6:40 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009, at
Lutheran Community Home in Seymour.
She was the office manager for Price Trucking, which she owned with her husband, John Price. They were married
November 6, 1951, and he preceded her in death in August 1984. In 1987, she married Lloyd Cogdill and they resided in
Austin until Grace moved to the Lutheran Home.
Born April 8, 1922, in Harlan County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Hiram and Hallie Brock Fee.
Survivors include four grandchildren, Rhonda (Rob) Hunsucker of Seymour, Leilani (Ron) Looney of Fort Wayne,
John (Angie) Brock of Peoria, Illinois, and Stephan Brock of Florida; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson;
and four siblings and their spouses, Roscoe (Lois) Fee of Kentucky, Buffard (Loretta) Fee of Uniontown, Ruth (Floyd) Edwards
of Brownstown and Curnis (Charlotte) Fee of Uniontown.
A son, Hiram Brock; a brother, Wilford Fee; and a sister, Leopha Brock, preceded her in death.
Ron Looney will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Adams Funeral Home in Crothersville, with burial to
follow at Uniontown Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
