The excursion to the soldiers home at Dayton Ohio last Saturday was well attended.  A large number from the vicinity of Camden, as well as Redkey, boarded the train , among whom we make mention, A.J. Moore, John Emmons and children, Albert Grissell, wife and daughter, J.N. Hiatt, wife and daughter, Madams, J.W. Jay a, Dell Lupton, W.T.Allen, WM. Whitacre and wife, A.S. Hunt and family, Mrs. A.D. Parks, Mrs. Charley Maloney and children, of Pennville, and B.F. Paxson and lady, James Evans and daughter, Rose, John Buckly, C. Hale, and wife, Organge Hall and lady, Mrs. P.I.Paxson, Mrs. G.W. Phillips and others from Redkey.
