SENTENCE FOR C. W. DUNN (by Star Special Service)

Ft. Wayne Man Twice Convicted for Alice Cothrell Murder.

Portland, Ind., Dec. 21.-  Judge John M. Smith will go to Ft. Wayne this week to pass sentence on Charles W. Dunn, twice convicted of the murder of little Alice Cothrell.  Attorneys for Dunn will pray for arrest of judgment, pending a second appeal to the Supreme court.
