Dunkirk, Ind., Dec. 10-   A pleasant social event of the season will be the leap year dance given by Misses Ivy Breffler, Olive White and Bertha Miller, of this place, Monday evening.  Over 200 invitations have been issued and elaborate preparations are being made for the event.
