Drug Administered By Him- Father Filed Charges Portland, Ind., Dec. 12.- Luther Collins was
put on trial in the Adams circuit court today charged with administering drugs
to his sister-in-law, Miss Malissa Smitley, with criminal intent. Miss Smitley
died in convulsions. Pathalogical analysis of the stomach revealed the
presence of a dangerous drug. Collins was then arrested on an affidavit filed by
the father of the dead girl. |
