Redkey - Helen M. Sears, 77, died at Country Manor Nursing Home near Dunkirk Wednesday.

Surviving are a son, John R. Sears, Redkey; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Lou Wingate, Redkey; one brother, John H. Landess; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Jones Mortuary with Rev. Russell Henry officiating.  Burial will  be in Hillcrest Cemetery.  Friends may call at the mortuary 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday or prior to services Friday.  Memorials may be sent to the Jay County Cancer Society
