  JAMES A. LOUCK, 82, died at the home of his son, John Louck, of Green Postoffice, Tuesday morning at 11:30 o'clock, following an illness of infirmities of old age.
  The deceased was a son of Adam and Elizabeth Crisler Louck, and was born in Ohio, May 13, 1837, being 82 years, 11months and 7 days of age.   Had he lived until the 13th of next month he would have attained his eighty-third birthday.

  The wife, Margaret Louck, preceded him in death about twelve years ago.   Surviving him are three sons, William and John, of Green township, and Samuel, of Michigan.   One sister, Mrs. Nancy Brooks, of Michigan, also mourns his departure.
  Mr. Louck was a veteran of the Civil War, having served as a private in the Indiana Volunteer Infantry.   The funeral services will be conducted from the Union church Thursday morning at 10:30 o'clock, Rev. Mr. Polley in charge, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Archer.   Interment will be made in the Claycomb cemetery
