   MRS. PAULINE LOY, 63, R.R.2, died Monday at her residence following an extended illness. 

   She was a member of the Methodist Church, the Jackson Township Newcomers home economics club, the Jay County Conservation Club, the Portland Pomona Grange    and was vice president of the women’s auxillary area four, of the Soil and Water Conservation District. 

   Surviving are her husband Ora; a brother, Ray Armstrong, Montpelier, and a sister, Mrs. Gladys Stephenson of Dunkirk.  Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Baird-Freeman Mortuary.  Rev. John C. Louthain will officiate and burial will be in Twin Hills Cemetery at Pennville.  Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. Wednesday
