RITES SET FOR RUSSEL ROWLES

 Russel L. Rowles, 72.  R. R. 4, Portland, a retired Jackson Township farmer and mechanic, died early today at Jay County Hospital.  Born Feb 27, 1914, in Jay County, he was the son of John and Inez (Farris) Rowles.  He was first married to Bertha Orr, who died in 1973.  He was married in 1979 to Etola Spade, who survives.

Service will be at 10:30 am Saturday at the Baird-Freeman  Funeral Home, Portland.  Burial will be in the Center Cemetery.
