MARIE ANDERSON
      Mrs. Marie Anderson, 73, of Morgantown, died Monday 
afternoon at the Johnson County Hospital at Franklin.  She 
was a native of Brown County.  
      The daughter of Joe and Ida Walker Dine, she was 
married to Arthur (Southpaw) Anderson, who survives her.
      Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty St. 
John, and two sons, Pershing (Job) Anderson and Paul (Stooge) 
Anderson, all of Morgantown; a brother, Clarence Dine of 
Speedway and two sisters, Mrs. Opal Merriman of Greenwood 
and Mrs. Gertrude Richhart of Franklin.
      A son, Clifford (Teedy) Anderson, died in November 
of last year.  A brother, and a sister also preceded her in 
death.
      Funeral services were to be today at 10 a.m. at the 
Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown, the Rev. Clarence Davis 
officiating.  Burial was to be in East Hill Cemetery in 
Morgantown.
