FRANKLIN Nelson Grant BillsNelson Grant "Bud" Bills, 70, died Tuesday at Todd-Aikens Health Care Center in Franklin. He was a resident of Franklin. He was born March 8, 1926, in Edinburgh. His parents were Nelson S. and Florence (Hege) Bills. Survivors include two broth- ers, Bobby L. Bills of Franklin and Joseph E. Bills of Selma, Ala.; two sisters, Maxine Broniszewski and Phyllis Roush, both of Franklin; two aunts; four nieces; four nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He attended Franklin High School. He was employed by Crane Naval Department and Chrysler Corp. of Indianapolis for 30 years, retiring in 1984. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War and a member of P.T. Boat Squadron in Memphis. The Rev. John Williams will con- duct a service at 2 p.m. Thursday at Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home in Franklin. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
