Nelson S. Bills

  Nelson "Toddy" S. Bills, 88, died
Friday at the Franklin Nursing
Home. He was a resident of Franklin.
  He was born June 23, 1905 in John-
son County. His parents were Elmer
and Sarah (Gosney) Bills.
  Survivors include three sons, Nel-
son G. Bills of Franklin, Bob L. Bills
of Franklin and Joseph E. Bills of
Georgia; two daughters, Maxine
Broniszewski of Franklin and Phyllis
Roush of Franklin; and a sister,
Georganne Critzer of Culver City,
Calif.
  He was employed for 32 years at
Public Service Indiana, retiring in
1970.
  A graveside service is scheduled at
1 p.m. Tuesday at Nineveh Cemetary
in Nineveh. Calling hours are from 5
to 8 today at Flinn & Maguire Fu-
neral Home in Franklin.
  Burial will be at Nineveh Ceme-
tary.
