Robert L. Bowman
    Robert L. Bowman, 73, died
Sunday at Richard L. Roudebush
Veteran Affairs Medical Center in
Indianapolis. He was a resident of
Indianapolis.
    He was born June 15, 1923. His
parents were Ernest and Pauline
M. Richmond. Survivors include
two sons, Larry Bowman and
Dennis Bowman; two daughters,
Joyce Roller and Dianne Hause of
Noblesville; four sisters, Shirley
Wuensch of Franklin, Margaret
Thomas, Barbara Miller and
Dorothy Hardin; 11 grandchildren;
and two great-grandchildren.
    He was employed by National
Car Rental as a driver for several
years, retiring this year.
    He was an Army veteran of
World War II.
    A service will be conducted at 1
p.m. Thursday at Conkle Funeral
Home in Indianapolis. Friends may
call from 10 a.m. to time of service
Thursday at the funeral home.
