   nklin. Mrs. Simp-
   son had been in
   failing health for
   some time.
     Burial was at the
   church cemetery. Fu-
   neral arrangements
   were made by Eskew
   Funeral Home.
     Mrs. Simpson was
   born Nov. 9, 1897,
   in Adair County,
   Ky., the daughter
   of Henry and Mary
   Anderson Hadley.
   She was married to
   Virgil Simpson who
   died Oct. 9, 1974.
     Survivors include
   a daughter, Elvia
   Foeder of Edinburgh;
   four sons, Henry
   Simpson of Edinburgh,
   Coy and Morris Simp-
   son of Columbia, Ky.,
   Buford Simpson of
   Dade County, Fla.,
   and several grand-
   children and great-
   grandchildren.

EDINBURG — Annie Simpson, 79, of Edinburg, died Sunday night at the Johnson County hospital in Franklin. She had been in failing health for some time.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bear Wallow United Methodist church in Columbia. Ky., by the Rev. George Eagler and the Rev. C. D. Goodin. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Calling hours at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia were today. Eskew Funeral Home made local arrangements.

Mrs. Simpson was born Nov. 9, 1897. in Adair County, Ky., the daughter of Henry and Mary Anderson Hadley. She was married to Virgil Simpson who died Oct. 9. 1974.

Survivors include one daughter, Elvia Roeder of Edinburg; four sons, Henry Simpson of Edinburg, Coy and Morris Simpson, both of Columbia, Ky., Buford Simpson of Dade City, Fla., and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
