The Society maintains a card file of surnames being researched by members.  As a member, your information would be included when properly recorded on 3 x 5 cards and submitted (sample copy will be sent upon request).  

Also a copy of your ancestral chart should be sent to be included in this file for reference purposes.

The family surname file will be checked and pertinent information will be furnished to the inquirer.  Members may also send a SASE to the Genealogist-Historian of the Society and ask for a check of these files for surnames being searched.
