The wards of the Brightside Home at the time of this census were all listed as having been born in Indiana and their parents all born in the U.S. except for the Zebla brother and sister whose parents were both born in Italy; all children spoke English except these two who spoke Italian. There were 11 black children at the home indicated by an * below.
