Anna Ulrich Feller was born in Trumbel [sic] County, Ohio, Oct. 23, 1830, and departed this life December 11, 1918, aged 88 years, 1 month and 18 days. She was the last of a family of 10 children. She was united in marriage to Urias Feller, Oct. 3, 1858, who preceded her to the spirit land, Jan. 12, 1910. To this union were born 4 sons and 2 daughters, of these 3 sons and 2 daughters are still living. They are Daniel of Chicago, Ill., who is at present in Wesley Memorial Hospital; Allen, of Duchesne, Utah; Mrs. Emma Campbell of Sisson, California; Samuel of Kansas City, Mo.; and Laura, of Plymouth. Besides the six children in the immediate circle of her family, she leaves 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She, with her husband, united with the Church of the Brethren in 1889. In this church relationship, they remained steadfast till the Lord called them to that home of peaceful rest prepared for the children of God. Grandma, as she was commonly called, was a devoted wife and mother, and possessed that quiet disposition which made her home life and neighborly relations a source of pleasure and satisfaction to her friends, who unite in reverence to lay a sacred tribute of respect upon the alter [sic] of her memory. The funeral service was held at the Union church Sunday morning with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Elders J.F. Appleman and S.F. Henricks officiated.
